Went for lunch before The Polar Express. Festive decorations and a lovely atmosphere. Great service. I had the giant Yorkshire pudding with lamb and minted gravy, mash, peas, carrots and cabbage. It was delicious. They kindly boxed the half I couldn’t eat up to take home (cold weather meant the car was as cold as a fridge! All of us enjoyed our meals! Thank you

We love coming to Dales Cottage, it's really nice and calm and we love it, I'm not the biggest eater so tend to go for smaller portion items, me and my brother really love the chicken strips they are so good, they remind us of McDonald's chicken selects but these are Dales Cottage taste much better. Also love the chips. My mother always gets the jacket potato with tuna and she really enjoys that. We highly recommend, no complaints at all.

Absolutely fabulous, the food was beyond fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and set out really well. We had a pork dish off the specials menu. Can't wait to go back next time we are in the area.

Warm & welcoming staff. We were greeted with a smile. Food is absolutely amazing & fairly priced. Varied menu.

Absolutely wonderful cafe, gorgeous home cooked food and great service. The lady who was working front of house and seating everyone (short blonde/pink hair) was an absolute delight and a real credit to the cafe. The steak and onion pie was so tasty, with proper gravy and loads of good quality filling. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to Skipton.

Ordered a Sunday roast for take out - brilliant service on the phone and collection was no hassle. The roast was yummy especially the gravy! Thank you we will be back

Amazing breakfast! Discovered this place on the last day of our stay and so glad we found this hidden gem. Opening at 7.30am and offering hot, tasty food. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Lovely old building feel with interesting decor whilst enjoying a pot of tea. Most enjoyable and well worth finding this place. About 5-10 minute walk from the Wetherspoons.

Very nice large full English breakfast with a very nice coffee. Very reasonable prices. Lot's of vegan and veggie options available too? Access - It's just off the market place, right next to a public carpark (charged).
